“We were looking to buy a newly completed apartment but none had met our expectations. Having had houses purpose-built for us we knew how to spot quality and value for money. Luckily we came across one of the few remaining completed apartments in Élevé so we could physically inspect the finished product. What a pleasant surprise.

HELM had used the finest materials and the workmanship was of the highest quality. The timber floors were well laid, the powerpoints and cables were in the correct positions, and the appliances were top notch. I asked a mate, a former building inspector, to appraise the apartment and he was equally impressed; surprising really because he is super picky!

HELM gets even the smallest details right. For example, during construction its trades had taken photos of the framework so purchasers know what is behind each wall and where to put their TVs. And I was blown away to see that doors were solid and held by four sets of hinges; not the standard three sets. Little things, but they matter.

The service staff were equally impressive, showing us how everything worked and always being obliging. It is obvious that HELM sets high standards from the top management down, and every employee is held to account to meet customer expectations.
